Wealth Team Comes Over To Merrill Lynch

Merrill Lynch has brought in a team of financial advisors based in two New York offices, forming the SEAM Wealth Management Group. Among recent stories, Merrill Lynch has carved out certain exceptions to how it will adopt the DoL Fiduciary Rule. For more on this story, see here.
The advisors are Maureen Hulbert, Salvatore Romano, Allan Fiore, Eric Williams, Stephen Rosamino, and Adam Minor-Swartz. They come from Ayco Company, a Goldman Sachs company, a statement from Merrill Lynch said yesterday. The team joined the Saratoga Springs office, with the exception of Allan Fiore who is based in the Rockefeller Plaza office in New York City.
Before joining Merrill Lynch as a first vice president, Hulbert spent 20 years at Ayco Company. She is a CFP® certificant. Romano joins as a first VP, bringing three decades of industry experience. His career
background includes roles at American Express, Charles Schwab, and most recently Ayco Company., where he spent 20 years as a private wealth advisor. Fiore worked for more than 15 years at Ayco Company, before joining Merrill Lynch as a first VP. Williams started his wealth management career in 2005 at Ayco Company. Rosamino spent seven years at Ayco Company before joining Merrill Lynch as a team financial advisor. Minor-Swartz started his career in financial services in 2007 at Ayco Company.
